Shipping
Please be aware that not all of the items that TheTrippyHippy.com sells will be from your country of origin and you should expect to be charged duty and import fees. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you, as the customer, are agreeing to pay for any fees that will be charged to you.

Returns
After abuse of this system, we no longer accept returns.
Warranty
Please be aware that our rosin presses come with a 6 month warranty on parts which begin on the day that the press has been dispatched. During those 6 months, your warranty covers the parts and we will ship these out to you free of charge. In the odd circumstance that your press arrives damaged beyond repair, one of our representatives will send you a return label and replace that press with a brand new one.

As with all machinery, you must operate with care, not leave any equipment unattended or use any equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please also keep smoke or any other hazardous or flammable materials away from the equipment.

Rosin Heat Presses:
By accepting the terms and conditions of purchase, the customer acknowledges that this machine is capable of extremely hot temperatures and it must be operated with caution. Failure to do so can result in injuries, such as burns, or possibly death.
TheTrippyHippy.com owners are not responsible for any injuries sustained to the users or bystanders or to any surrounding property.
Please operate this machine on a flat surface in order to ensure that it is working properly. It is also required to inspect the unit prior to every use to make sure that there isn’t any physical damage to the unit.
